Position Title: BD Manager

Salary: up to 20K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A premium bakery brand, in Dubai known for its handcrafted pastries, breads, and exceptional desserts that blend classic French flavors with contemporary innovation.

Job Description:
§ Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients (corporate accounts, hotels, cafes, restaurants, catering services, etc.) and partnerships.
§ Identify new revenue streams including events, catering, wholesale, retail expansion, and online platforms.
§ Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and emerging customer needs.
§ Prepare and present business proposals, pitch presentations, and customized product offerings.

Qualifications:
§ Open to Emirati nationality
§ Female, 35 to 45 years old
§ At least 5 years’ experience in business development or sales within the same industry
§ Proven track record of generating leads, closing deals, and achieving revenue targets and must have knowledge in UAE food market and industry trends
