Job description / Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Spanish Speaking Business Development Manager to join our client's dynamic Oil and Gas team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving business growth, securing new opportunities, and maintaining strong client relationships in the sector.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Oil and Gas sector, focusing on Spanish-speaking markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed business targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
- Prepare comprehensive proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage the end-to-end sales process.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.
- Proven track record in business development within the Oil and Gas industry.
- Strong understanding of industry trends and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Salary:
AED
12,000 to 18,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
