Job description / Role

Beauty Advisor is a reference for the selling and welcoming of all the customers to reach the sales targets an improve continuously the Store KPI.

Key Accountabilities
- Guarantee encashment and performance indicators during the work schedule
- Guarantee the quality of customer service and customer loyalty
- Guarantee the correct management of receipts and of related deposit
- Guarantee the quality standards in terms of image (layout, merchandising and proper keeping of the Store)
- Guarantee the correct keeping of the stock
- Guarantee the observance of planning schedules and vacation plans
- Guarantee the implementation and respect of procedures
- Adopt and support company values

Requirements

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge
- High School Diploma
- Fluency in English
- Certificate or diploma in a school of make-up is appreciated
- Knowledge of arguments about product and application techniques
- Knowledge of sales techniques
- Knowledge of cash register and stock management system
- Capability of replenishment of the store
- Proficiency in MS Office
