Job description / Role
My client is seeking a Buying Manager for the beauty department in a newly created role.
The role will involve:
- Sourcing and liaising with suppliers
- Managing budgets and stock inventory
- Sourcing new products and keeping on top of trends
- Analysing past sales and monitoring department turnover
- Assisting instore visual merchandising and product placement
- Train sales team on products in order to increase sales
Salary:
AED
18,000 to 24,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
- At least 5 years experience within buying essential.
- Experience within beauty is highly desirable
- Experience of managing and motivating a team
- Able to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
