Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Greet customers upon their arrival.
• Perform direct marketing and sales activities to generate sales.
• Present to customer the latest updated offers issued and prepared by the Sales Manager to increase sales.
• Identify customer needs and recommend skin care products based on their preferences, help clients find products they are looking for in the store.
• Demonstrate proper use of skin care products, explain to customers how to use products they are interested in buying.
• Capable of explaining all the information of the products as well as communicating the use of all the products in the most professional and efficient way.
• Cross-sell beauty products, when appropriate
• Responsible of the proper display of the products in the selling area
• Ensure proper presentation of products on shelves, implement shop merchandising, lay out and customer traffic flow to maximize sales, customer satisfaction, appearance, image, and ergonomics for customers.
• Replenish stock as needed,
• Advise customers on how to take care of their skin.
• Inform customers on prices and special offers.
• Understand the principles of marketing and sales including product offer development, features, benefits.
• Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, Proactive Experience in promoting brands, Excellent listening negotiations and presentation skills.
• People Oriented
• Goal Oriented and with a strong sense of responsibility
• Females aged between 18 – 35.
• 2 to 3 years’ experience in promoting Brands especially in beauty and skin care products.
