Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership and Support:
• Serve as the technical lead, providing expert guidance and support throughout the international BESS project bidding and contract negotiation process.
• Provide detailed technical information on energy storage equipment, including parameters, installation procedures, and commissioning processes.

Technical Review and Coordination:
• Conduct comprehensive technical reviews of BESS system solutions to ensure they meet performance indicators and client requirements.
• Select appropriate equipment and coordinate extensively with clients, supervisory teams, and equipment manufacturers to ensure optimal system integration and performance.

Documentation and Contract Management:
• Draft and review technical content related to BESS for bidding and contract documents.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, thorough, and compliant with industry standards and project specifications.

Project Planning and Management:
• Prepare and review detailed plans for procurement, logistics, lifting, and commissioning of BESS projects.
• Oversee the implementation of these plans to ensure timely and successful project execution.

Requirements:

Requirements:

Education:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Energy Storage, Thermal Dynamics, or related fields.

Experience:
• Minimum of five years of experience in the BESS industry.
• Proven experience in leading or participating in the development, implementation, and management of BESS projects.

Skills:
• In-depth technical knowledge of BESS design, installation, and commissioning.
• Strong ability to review and critique technical solutions and proposals.
• Excellent drafting skills for technical and contractual documents.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, coordination, and execution.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Professional certifications in energy storage or related fields.
• Experience with international projects and familiarity with global standards and regulations.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
