Position Title: Beverage Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 15K AED, all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Role:
• Reports to the F&B General Manager
• Train, develop and guides beverage TMs and entire outlets teams
• Ensures beverage menu is within standards, consistency and COGS are kept within budget without variances
• Lead teams and adhere supervisory functions whenever applicable
• Develop brands and strive for popularity, diversity and increment of average beverage spent per guest, as well striving to achieve set budget

Requirements

Requirements:
• 45 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or any related course
• Must have certification of completed trainings
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in an F&B outlet concept (casual /fine fining); with experience as a Beverage Trainer, and specialty in coffee and coffee roasting
• Strong customer service experience in supervisory or above capacity; with valuable knowledge in current beverage trends, local market, and suppliers
• Proficiency in English communication skills
• Key skills – excellent leadership, interpersonal, warm personality, attentive, and smart presentable
• Committed to delivering high levels of customer service
• Must have a valid UAE driving license
• Candidate who can join immediately will be prioritized
