The Role

Bid Manager (Female Applicants Only)

The role will be responsible for the management, support and production of all tenders, RFQ, RFP, RPI and managing campaigns for the sales team. In addition, responsibilities include tender reporting and follow-up, understanding the sales process, analysis of input and output which includes analyzing successes and areas of improvement / missed opportunities and coordinating with key stakeholders.


The candidate must have worked in a similar position for a minimum of 2-3 years.

The requirements of the role are: good planning and organizing skills, be structured, analytical, assertive, high attention to detail, successfully achieve goals, proactively seek information, willing to learn, demonstrate business acumen and effectively communicate and escalate upwards.
Excellent MS Office skills is a must. A native English speaker is desirable.
