• Experience working in an architectural practice or a consultancy in the construction sector in the UAE.
• Expertise and knowledge to prepare a winning bid.
• An ability to work under pressure.
• Multi-tasking.

• Strong people management skills especially follow up.
• Commercial acumen.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to organize and prioritize.
Key Responsibilities include:
• Managing bid qualification (bid go / no go) process for new opportunities.
• Manage virtual bid teams, subconsultants, and specialists required for each and every bid with the inputs from a variety of internal stakeholders.
• Identifying required scopes for each project, approaching relevant subconsultants to obtain their fees, manage the fees and calculations.
• Preparing and reviewing the commercial aspects of the bid, ensuring all services are included in the final price to the customer.
• Risk tracking and management throughout the bid process.
• Contributing to the written proposal - both in terms of content and presentation
• Help set and manage the bid budget.
• Ensure timely delivery of compliant and commercially sound bids.
• Understand and resolve complex technical, strategic and business issues.
• Arrange all post bid reviews with customers, post contract award.
• Ability to contact competition platforms for entry in competitions.
