Position Overview:

The Bid Manager shall own creating proposal response documents by working closely with the assigned bid team. Responsibilities include introduction and implementation of all necessary document version control procedures, processes and quality management of the tenders' responses. This role requires the highest levels of attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and to demanding deadlines.

Core Responsibilities
- Understanding the rules of each tendering
- Understanding the RFPs (deliverables, compliance items, etc), deciding timelines and responsibilities
- Production and delivery of compliant, professionally produced proposals within customer defined timeframes
- Coordinate proposal input from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, marketing, product teams, finance, commercial, legal and delivery
- Champion document management and change control best practices
- Ensure proposal documents follow standard formatting and quality standards
- Provide advice on flow, language and grammar to content owners
- Consolidate sections and / or documents developed by others team members into the required tender format
- Timely management of tender activities
- Review of drafts and making improvements
- Quality control and procedures
- Maintain and make available master document sets

Requirements

Requirements:
- 2 to 4 years of related experience
- Preferred to have experience in UAE
- IT knowledge and background
- MS Office expertise and documentation skills
- Knowledge and awareness of financial terms and reports, payment and invoicing schedules as well as bank guarantees and insurance certificates
- High level understanding of project management methodology and deliverables
- Teamwork skills
- Effective Communication skills
- Effective Time Management skills and get things done in timely manner
- Organized attitude in the workplace
