Charterhouse is working with one of the world’s leading, well respected legal firms which has a fantastic opportunity to join their team in Dubai as Bids Manager. Reporting to the Director of Bids, you will take the lead to manage the entire bid process for a range of strategic opportunities working closely alongside the global bids team, business development team members and senior executives. Candidates currently working within legal or a management consultancy with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
Our client is looking for a highly motivated and confident Bid Management professional who can contribute fresh ideas, working in a high performing and collaborative team to produce commercially strong and robust Bids on behalf of the firm. The Bids Manager will have extensive professional services sector bids and tenders experience, including managing, guiding and advising throughout a bidding process and providing advice on approach and strategy, ideally gained in a law firm. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication and written skills and be able to demonstrate excellent understanding of client bid requirements, reviewing and adjusting writing style and tone to produce high quality, compliant bids/client facing documents. In this role you will work closely with internal team members both in the UAE and global head office to share and promote best practices across business development and the bid strategy. The successful candidate should have strong bid process knowledge across a range of sectors, excellent stakeholder management skills, a strategic mind-set and ability to produce commercially sound sales pitches and clear, compelling content for bids and proposals. Requirements
You will be Degree educated have solid regional experience and knowledge of bid management ideally within professional services or legal. A proactive, self-motivated, team player who can also demonstrate strong communication, attention to detail and priority setting skills is a must for this role. A native level of fluency in both written and spoken English is required, due to the large amount of writing/proofreading involved.
