ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Permanent responsibilities
General
Accounting
• Manage the company books, the monthly accounting within SAP By Design and manage the economic information in SAP Aerobase
• Build and follow all accounting and statutory requirements including Tax Aspect
• Analyze and manage the company transactional accounting flow (mainly P2P) for this activity to our external SSC (Infosys India)
• Prepare and issue the invoices to Thales Avionics Inc with all the supporting information as per the unit need and in compliance with the VAT aspect
Internal and Group Compliance
• Develop and maintain the Internal Control baseline and assisting Group Units in the implementation and improvement of their own Internal Control procedures
Reporting
• Manage and transmit the necessary information to all stakeholders
M Y B
• Manage the process and provide the necessary information to both companies
OCF
• Manage with operations to improve OCF of both companies
Budgetary Control
• Deliver the Quarterly Budgetary Control to monitor Structure efficiency
Competitiveness
• Participates in the optimization of the Unit's economic performance by planning and presenting budgets, monitoring of business activity (turnover, purchase costs, cash flow, cost control, etc.), implementation of appropriate financial KPI's & dashboards and proposal of corrective measures;
• Ensure Structure Efficiency through the Budgetary Control with Dpts (Cost by Nature & Function, Period Cost variances, Hours management & procurement fee)
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• Business set up proven experience (shape and set up new businesses / organization),
• Good in all aspects of the role (book keeping, cost controlling, business controlling, statutory compliance )
• Organization capabilities, Ability to synthesize, Rigor and hard worker
• Industry-specific financial experience
• Perform through cooperation, influence key stakeholders, able to interface with different cultures (international profile), team spirit
Requirements
QUALIFICATION, CERTIFICATION & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
• Master degree or Finance/Accounting Degree with 3 to 5 years experience
• Management/ Leadership soft skills
• Fluent in English
• Arabic and French appreciated but not mandatory
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to make effective presentations to all levels of leadership
