Job description / Role

• You will have the sole management of all bids that get submitted on behalf of the company, including management of the whole process for EOI to submission aligned specifically to client needs and tender requirements.
• Host bid launches and settlements to ensure all teams are fully aware of the contract specification and requirements for consistency and a tailored response.
• Ensure all submissions are fully reflected on the company’s ethos in-line with values and brand guidelines; ensuring their USPs are fully reflected in each submission
• Identify tender risk in advance to allow strategic decisions to be made for bid or no bid and ensuring risks are incorporated into submission and price
• Identify a win strategy in-line with client and company’s USP’s and weaving this throughout the response in-line with key deliverables
• Oversee completion of SQ submissions to ensure compliance and top scores are achieved ensuring a professional image is portrayed from the start and consistency throughout the process
