Job description / Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Private Assistant to support a predominant business figurehead and manage his day to day affairs. We are looking for the highest calibre of professional for this role; an established Private Assistant with demonstrated, consistent career history within the region, supporting UHNWI. This really is the role for the adventurous and highly committed individual. No day will be the same and you will need to be prepared for every eventuality, ranging from last minute changes in schedules to on the spot event glitches, to high-spec presentations within minutes, to problems with the private jet! The position requires the ability and willingness to travel and work outside traditional office hours.
The Private Assistant will manage all the private and corporate travel for the Principle, which will include both scheduled airline and private jet travel and may on occasion be expected to travel also. Complete itinerary management and remaining on time zone with the Principle at all times is especially important. The Private Assistant will have extensive concierge relationships already formed globally and be able to access the very best hotel suite rates and profile events with ease. They will have known contacts in yacht charter and also within travel organisations and have managed extensive private jet travel previously.
Day to day responsibilities are diverse; the successful applicant will be highly adaptable and enjoy the challenge of ensuring that our client’s day runs smoothly and efficiently, no matter where they are in the world. With several homes and offices around the world, there will be considerable communication required with household staff, regarding logistics and travel arrangements for the family. The role demands the utmost discretion and highest respect for confidentiality and you will have to manage heavy dairy management and be able to gate keep his time effectively. Prioritization of meetings and access to the Principle will be managed by the Private Assistant and the utmost diplomacy will be required at all times.
There will be continuous pressure and resilience and a passion for excellence will be vital. The role is open to MALE candidates (Arabic speaking) only and strong English skills are vital. Those candidates with a proven track record of supporting UHNWI in a private capacity will be contacted.
