Bilingual Commercial & Banking Litigation Solicitor c. 8 - 10 PQE +
Charterhouse is working with the Dubai office of a long-established international law firm that is looking to hire a Bilingual (Arabic and English) Commercial and Banking Litigation Senior Associate to join its existing team, playing a lead role in the conduct of cases and interacting with clients.
The role will involve working closely with the partners and representing clients in relation to a broad range of Commercial and Banking Disputes acting for a range of high profile international clients in relation to litigation and arbitration work within the UAE and wider Middle East. The role will also be to play a lead role in the management and training of more junior lawyers.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be a qualified solicitor with demonstrable litigation experience gained at a recognized international law firm. The firm is looking for a native Arabic speaker, who has a high degree of proficiency and accuracy in relation to written and spoken English. The firm offers an excellent platform and clients from which an experienced associate can continue to build their career and practice.
