Charterhouse is working with a global law firm who is looking to hire a high calibre Bilingual Corporate Solicitor with c.1- 3 years’ experience gained at an international law firm, to join its Abu Dhabi office.
The role will be to support the lead corporate Partners in the Abu Dhabi office, undertaking a mixed and interesting position. The role will be to work closely with the Partner, covering a range of public and private transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and restructuring etc., along with associated commercial work e.g. JV’s etc. The Partner and firm acts for a range of clients from international and regional companies and financial institutions, along with government entities etc. in the UAE, KSA and across the broader Middle East region. They have been recently working on and instructed in relation to high profile transactions and matters so looking at further expansion.
The successful candidate should be an ambitious Corporate Solicitor who is already based in the UAE or open to relocating. The firm would be interested in speaking to a Lawyer with a number of year’s international law firm experience. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with high profile Partners at one of the world’s leading law firms, gain some excellent experience and fast-track career development potential.
