Employment: Contract

Our client is seeking an all-star bilingual Arabic-English speaking and writing mid-level (5+ PQE) lawyer to cover a wide range of corporate / commercial, R&D, real estate/construction and compliance matters. This is a temp freelancer role for approx 3-9 months.

They are working from home at the moment but plan to move into flash new offices in Abu Dhabi soon and they expects they will be asked to work from there when safe to do so.


We are looking for:

Fluent English and Arabic - must be absolutely fluent in reading, writing and speaking as well as legal drafting in both languages;

Client will ask how much contract drafting and negotiation work you have done such as supply agreements, R&D, general commercial contracts etc in both English and Arabic.

You must be the type of person who is willing to get stuck into everything needed eg even NDA's, MOU's, Board Minutes etc.
