Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a long-established Dubai law firm who is looking to hire a Mid-level Dispute Resolution Associate (Bilingual - Arabic / English) with c. 3 – 6 PQE to join its existing team, playing a lead role in the conduct of cases and interacting with clients.
The role will involve working closely with the partners and Senior Lawyers, representing high profile clients in relation to litigation and arbitration matters in the UAE and across the Middle East region. The firm acts for a broad range of clients, including domestic and international businesses operating within the region. There is excellent progression potential for the firm to grow, develop their responsibility, clients and career within a successful firm.
The successful candidate should be a qualified Solicitor with at least 3 to 6 years +, demonstrable litigation / arbitration experience gained at a recognised law firm. Owing to the nature of the role, it is essential that you are fluent in written and spoken Arabic and English. Candidates with exceptional UAE based experience without Arabic language skills could potentially be considered.
