Employment: Full Time

Charterhouse is working with a long-established Dubai law firm who is looking to hire a Litigation Lawyer (Bilingual - Arabic / English) with 6 – 10 years’ experience to join its existing team, playing a lead role relation to its dispute resolution team, helping to manage the existing Lawyers, advising on cases, strategy, clients etc.

The role will involve working closely with the Partners and representing clients in the Dubai Courts in relation to a broad range of Civil and Commercial Disputes, along with Property / Real Estate and Employment disputes.

Requirements

The successful candidate should be a qualified Solicitor with demonstrable litigation experience gained at a recognized law firm. Owing to the focus on the Dubai Courts, it is essential that you are fluent in both Arabic and English, written and spoken. Candidates without a high proficiency in both languages will not be considered.
