Charterhouse is working with a leading regional Law Firm in Dubai who is looking to hire a Litigation Manager to join their reputable department. Our client boasts a vast range of Lawyers who come from both civil and common law backgrounds, meaning they are able to seamlessly tailor their services to suit the specific needs of their clients. The firm has a strong regional focus and advises both local and international clients on contentious and non-contentious matters throughout the GCC region.
About The Role
The role will involve supervising and managing the Litigation department consisting of ten Lawyers. You will also undertake a broad range of work on behalf of the firm’s client base. Our client is widely known for being a dispute focused practice, specialising in local and international litigation, arbitration and mediation in the UAE and the wider Middle East region.
The team has expertise in all types of civil and commercial litigation and represent some of the UAE’s leading companies and organisations. You will work on behalf of the firm’s clients including those from International Law Firms, insurers, financial institutions, developers, contractors, oil and gas companies as well as government organisations.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 years PQE and experience in supervising and managing a team. You should be bilingual in Arabic and English and have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
