Education
The Nursery Receptionist is the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and staff. This role requires a warm, professional, and organized individual who can manage front-desk operations efficiently while supporting administrative and admissions-related tasks in a busy nursery environment.
Front Desk & Communication
• Greet parents, children, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly
• Maintain visitor logs and ensure security and sign-in procedures are followed
• Handle parent queries and direct them to the appropriate department
Administrative Support
• Maintain student records and ensure files are up to date
• Assist with admissions documentation and enrollment procedures
• Prepare letters, reports, and general correspondence
• Manage appointment schedules and meeting room bookings
• Support the management team with day-to-day administrative tasks
Admissions & Parent Relations
• Provide information to prospective parents about nursery programs and procedures
• Schedule and coordinate nursery tours
• Follow up on admission inquiries and application status
• Support smooth communication between parents and teaching staff
Requirements:
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field preferred
• Minimum 1–2 years of receptionist or front office experience (school/nursery experience is an advantage)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent spoken and written English & Arabic
• Friendly, approachable, and child-friendly personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality awareness
Salary:
AED
5,000 to 7,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
