Bilingual Shipping Litigation Solicitor c.1-3 PQE+

Charterhouse is working with a long-established Dubai law firm that is looking to hire a Bilingual (Arabic and English) Shipping Litigation Associate c.1–3 PQE plus, with a good background in marine disputes work to join its existing team in Dubai and play a key role in the conduct of cases and interacting with clients.

This role will involve working closely with the Partners, representing clients in relation to a broad range of shipping disputes, covering dry and wet matters, along with potentially other commercial and contentious matters relating to the transport sector as they arise.

Requirements

The successful candidate should be a fully bilingual (Arabic & English) Qualified Solicitor, with demonstrable shipping litigation experience gained at a recognized legal directories rated law firm, ideally with experience in the UAE. This is a great option for an ambitious lawyer who is looking to develop their long-term career at a market leading shipping firm.
