Job description / Role
The purpose of this position is to manage end to end Bill Print & Dispatch execution process and validate EDC & Emirates post invoices for Bill Print & Dispatch in accordance with approved Contract in order to ensure correct payments to third party vendors.
The role will also be accountable to manage customer billing data / information on Bill delivery method to ensure e-bill trend is maintained / increased in-order to reduce bill print and dispatch cost.
This role will act a primary contact of point from 'du' for EDC & Emirates Post vendors.
Requirements
Minimum experience:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Billing Operations role in Telecom / IT / Bank industry
Minimum education:
• Minimum Bachelor's degree.
Knowledge and skills:
• MS Office ( Excel / Access - Expert)
• Previous working knowledge of working with BSCS and Siebel
• Vendor management skills
• Strong analytical and presentation skills
• Strong communication/negotiation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and business writing skills
• Customer focused
