Job description / Role
We are currently looking for a number of Billing Coordinators who will process and coordinate for the payment of school fees of students who are located in different locations in Abu Dhabi (Madinat Zayed City, Abu Dhabi) . In this role, you will be expected to:
• Process educational fees of students
• Send payment link to the parents of students
• Send confirmation email once the payment is processed
• Answer any queries that the parents may have about the fees and processing of payment
• Sending invoices/receipts, when required
• Record payment received and submit report to line manager at the end of the day
• Arrange pick up of cheques through courier, if needed
To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:
• A degree in accounting / finance or any related course
• With at least 1 year of experience in general accounting or in billing or payment processing or any related experience
• Should have good knowledge in using excel and word
• Existing residence visa and could get noc from the sponsor
• Good command of English is a must; knowledge in Arabic is a plus
• Familiar with billing processing
• Willing to commit to do this part time / temporary assignment for 2 months
• Can work for 8 hours a day
• Willing to be based in Madinat zayed city, Abu dhabi
If selected, the start date of assignment will commence from August 30 and it will run for 2 months. The selected candidate should be able to complete the entire period of the assignment.
