Bim Coordinator

Job description / Role

We are looking for BIM Coordinator.
Contractor background is a must, any pure consultant or client background will be neglected.

Job Description:
Should assure on the process of technical modeling, quality of work, BIM processes and to be a link between BIM Engineers and the Site Technical Manager in which he/she will fulfill submission dates for Information Delivery Plan.

Requirements

Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor BIM processes with respect to technical and site needs.
- Assure on the technicality and constructability of the implemented model.
- Revising and highlighting clashes and discrepancies.
- Developing of BIM Execution Plan (BEP) with respect to EIR/Project Requirement.
- Helping on training and development of BIM Engineers.
- Assuring on the quality of the deliverables extracted from BIM Model (Shop drawings, quantities, RFIs, 4D, 5D, 3D shots, etc…)
- Aiding on variation and claim extraction.
- Tracking changes and revisions.
