Our newest opportunity is for a talented BIM Implementation Specialist to join our award-winning team based in Abu Dhabi, UAE . This position is responsible for leading the Establishment of BIM Offices and the implementation of BIM Ecosystems

Responsibilities

We envisage success in this role to include;

- Leading the process of identifying the BIM needs and develops a BIM strategy that is in line with the aspirations of the business and its needs
- Controlling the development of a BIM Execution Plan and leads the procurement of any external services to enhance and implement the same. This includes the development of appropriate scopes of work, technical evaluation of the relevant proposals, prequalification and shortlisting of services providers, preparation of applicable evaluation criteria, etc
- Actively engaging the relevant stakeholders, end-users, and asset owners throughout the BIM implementation journey
- Spearheading the establishment of a BIM Office, if required, through the development of the organizational makeup, mandate, and function
- Managing the administration of the relevant external engagements that may be required to deliver on the BIM Strategy
- Reviewing all relevant deliverables provided by external service providers to ensure compliance with the scope of works of such engagements and ensure that the same meets the intent of the business.

Qualifications

- To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 10 years work experience partnered with a Bachelor degree or masters in Architecture or relevant field
