Job description / Role
• Identify and implement best practices and standards to optimize BIM project delivery, while staying informed on best practices for use.
• Optimize workflows and increase projects’ productivity.
• Responsible for BIM standards development, implementation, and enforcement.
• Responsible for QA/QC
• To develop BEP, lead and assist project teams in BIM project set up.
• Creation and maintenance of software template files to assure standards
• Clash detection and coordination of all services in Revit & Navisworks
• To prepare schedules and quantities Take off.
• Automate routines in BIM to support standards and productivity
• To develop and maintain Revit content libraries through creation of families, etc
• Perform BIM Management related tasks
• Troubleshoot any related BIM issues.
• Evaluate new BIM related software and technologies
• Liaison with project team.
• Working knowledge of Additional software that supports BIM/Revit increasing productivity
Requirements
• Must have Architecture Degree
• 10 years Min experience in the industry
• 5-7 Experience in Revit and other BIM software’s
• Extensive BIM Managing Experience
• Extensive knowledge of Navisworks for clash detection
• Experience in manage Studio work flows
• Extensive knowledge of Navisworks is must
• Ability to learn new process/advancement in Revit
