BIM Manager

Job description / Role

My client, a leading international Multi-disciplinary Engineering consultants is seeking a BIM MANAGER.

* You must have 10 + years' experience for a large Architectural and Engineering practice specializing on Buildings projects and be able to Develop and implement and maintain BIM Workflow, protocols and standards, working alongside currently BIM staff and training existing team members and growing the team managing Revit productions, Autodesk Revit and Navisworks, running clash detection and producing clash reports.
* This is a well-rounded role both Technically and managing a team smoothly- you must have local UAE experience and be degree qualified - Civils or Architecture background

Requirements

Desired Candidate Profile

* Bachelor's Degree in Architecture / Engineering
* Minimum 10 years of experience in area of expertise with a strong portfolio of work which demonstrates excellent technical capabilities / Experience in Site or Construction Field will be added advantage
* Good Knowledge in Autodesk Revit, NavisWorks & AutoCAD.
* In-depth knowledge of latest version of Autodesk Revit and Navisworks, with experience of creating search sets, running clash detection and producing clash reports.
* Able to produce Visual images from Navisworks / Enscape / Lumion.
* Installation and support of related BIM software.
* Extensive Experience in BIM360 Design & documentation
* Previous experience gained with a large consultancy firm in the gulf region would be highly beneficial
