Job description / Role
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the BIM strategy for projects, ensuring that all digital processes align with client requirements and project objectives.
- Lead the creation of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), Employer’s Information Requirements (EIR), and BIM protocols, ensuring these are effectively communicated and followed by project teams
- Proficient in using BIM authoring tools to provide technical support and mentoring required to the project team.
- Keep the organisation informed about best practices in BIM and BIM software.
- Responsible for organisation wide BIM standards, implementation and enforcement.
- Look for efficiencies and productivity hacks in the organisations BIM process.
- Lead Project for BIM execution and manage project BIM team for project delivery, coordinate with different stakholders internally and externally

- Manage and mentor BIM coordinators, specialists, and project teams, providing training and support on BIM processes, tools, and best practices.
- Conduct regular audits of BIM models to maintain model integrity, data accuracy, and compliance with project-specific standards.
- Proactively identify potential risks in the BIM process and lead problem-solving efforts to mitigate these risk
- Software; Revit, Navisworks, ACC, Power Bi, MS Office Products.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in BIM management or a similar role within the engineering or construction industry.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and other relevant tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
- Knowledge of the latest trends in digital delivery and construction technology.
- Fluency in English.
