Job description / Role

Position Title: BIM Modeler
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 7K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Sharjah, UAE

About the Client:
A well known steel fabrication company in UAE

Job Role:
- Responsible for 3D Architectural modelling, 2D drafting and detailing & co-ordination
- Complete design coordination with design teams including review, comments & RFI
- Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure the modelling proceeding complete coordination with all the partners of the project
- Customized Revit family creations, effective architecture, and structural modelling
- Sheet generation for all stages of submissions & exporting the files into various formats
- Update models/ drawings as per changes in design and material approval for each project work

Requirements

Requirements:
- Open to Indian and Pakistani nationals
- Male, 38 years old and below
- Diploma/Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree/B.Arch
- At least 5 years BIM Modeler/Revit experience with 2 years GCC
- Must have a construction background and steel structures experience
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized
