BIM Officer

Job description / Role

BIM Officer is required to join a team of innovative leading and fast developing company which provides building envelope, interior fit out and insulation solutions. Company provides function, technology and design services.

Responsibilities will include the following:
- BIM Officer will assist in the development and delivery of capital improvement plans interpreting specifications, reviewing completed construction drawings and costing estimates for accuracy and conformity to relevant standards and regulations
- Expected to coordinate with designers, technicians and estates personnel to incorporate concepts and information into drawing packages, creating and/or modifying BIM and CAD drawings into high drafting standards
- Create and modify CAD and BIM drawings into high drafting standards
- Ensure that all drawings, plans, estate related information, and legal documents are comprehensive and accurate

Requirements

Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in similar position
- Advanced knowledge of draughting and design using BIMs software;
- Engineering degree/diploma in Civil Engineering preferred
- Should Have Experience in Modelling & Detailing of Different Structures
- Expertise in AutoCAD/BIMs software
- Strong IT skills, analytical skills
- Experience interpreting and presenting complex building data and drawings
- Certification of Structural Detailing Software Will Be Preferred.
