Job description / Role
Job Summary: To assist in all aspects of program management, including work history data analysis, Equipment acquisition planning, installation and testing
Duties:
• Perform rounds on clinical (patient care) units to verify proper equipment use and operation.
• Develop and monitor compliance with equipment Preventive Maintenance schedule
• Perform incident investigation and equipment performance analysis as required
• Develop or review emergency and safety plans related to use and operation of critical patient Care equipment.
• Review patient care equipment safety alerts and recall notices and take appropriate actions to ensure the affected equipment is tested or remove from service where appropriate.
• Develop evaluation criteria to compare patient care equipment and devices under consideration to purchase.
• Document all actions and test results according to department policy, using computerized Maintenance management software applications and other standard office software applications
Requirements
• Should have relevant Medical Background degree or Bio Medical Engineers
• Minimum of 7 years of Solid biomedical experience and has exposure in various biomedical and hospital equipment.
• Should have experience working in Consultancy
• Should have Good Communication skills in English. (Arabic addition advantage)
• Should have Good interpersonal skills.
