Job description / Role
Our client is looking for a number of Blockchain Developers for an exciting government project based in the UAE. The right candidate will need to have experience with programming and understanding of Blockchain technology using smart coding.
Requirements
The right candidate will need to have:
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
• A minimum of eight (8) years of programming experience
• At least two (2) years of experience in developing distributed applications using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, JSON, Python or Go languages
• At least three (3) years of strong programming experience with Full Stack Development/MEAN Stack Development
• Expertise with Cloud Platforms Applications Development, Micro Services Architecture
• Preferably one (1) year experience in developing Blockchain technology applications using Hands-on smart contract coding (Go-Lang, Solidity or Serpent), Node.js or any other proprietary language would be a plus
• Proficient in building REST services in Node.js or Java
• Design, develop, and deliver complex distributed ledger/Blockchain technology applications
• Write high caliber code on a daily basis to satisfy product requirements.
• Development expertise coding in: Node.js, Golang, or similar platform.
• Understanding of Docker container orchestration and automation deployment is a huge plus
• Experience working with code versioning and repositories such as SVN, GIT
• Experience in agile, iterative, and waterfall development environments, DevOps knowledge is a plus
• Strong capabilities performing independently and as part of a cross-functional, team in a fast paced environment.
