Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Blockchain Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for developing and integrating blockchain-based solutions into our web platforms, focusing on
security, scalability, and decentralization.


Key Responsibilities

- Develop, test, and deploy smart contracts on Ethereum, Polygon, or similar blockchains.
- Integrate blockchain functionalities such as wallet connection and NFT interactions.
- Collaborate with frontend and backend teams for end-to-end blockchain integration.
- Ensure blockchain security best practices in development.
- Optimize blockchain interactions for performance and scalability.
- Stay updated on blockchain and Web3 technology trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Blockchain development.
- Strong understanding of Ethereum, EVM-compatible blockchains, and Smart Contracts.
- Proficiency in Solidity, web3.js, ethers.js.
- Experience in NFT standards (ERC-721, ERC-1155).
- Familiarity with wallet integration (MetaMask, WalletConnect).
- Strong knowledge of blockchain security and optimization techniques.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Decentralized Applications (dApps).
- Familiarity with DAO and decentralized identity systems.
- Knowledge of tokenomics and blockchain governance models.
- Previous experience in blockchain-based gaming, Metaverse, or NFT platforms.

Soft Skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Passion for blockchain technology and decentralization.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Educational Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Blockchain Development, or related field.
