Job description / Role
Location: Dubai
Monthly salary of AED 5000
What you will do:
• Design of Building Management System (BMS)
• Reviewing of designed BMS
• Creating Input/ Output list for BMS
• Creating electrical wiring diagram for BMS
• Involving in installation and reviewing if installation done is correctly
• Working on BMS software platform to configure the required system
• Graphics page creation, modification and upgrades
• Modifying software when required
• Fault finding
• Commissioning project works
• Integration with other systems
• Systems used are KMC Controls
• Liaising with Site managers
Requirements
Requirements:
• Diploma in Electrical and Electronics / Electronics and Communication with min 5 Year GCC Experience in maintenance industry
• Knowledge of PPMs
• Knowledge in PLC controls, VFD, Access Controls, CCTV, Sliding Doors, Gate barriers, Networking, UPS, interfacing systems
• Excellent English Communication skills both Written and Verbal.
• Should be Presentable and Confident.
• Proficient in Preparing Reports using MS Office Tools – Office, Excel and Power Point.
• Driving License preferred.
