Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working exclusively with a Luxury Goods Maison which is looking to hire an experienced manager to run their Dubai Mall Flagship Boutique.
This is an excellent opportunity for an entrepreneurial individual to join an iconic brand with a rich history of craftsmanship and storytelling. The main purpose of this role will be to develop and maintain the VIP client network, coach and motivate a small sales team to achieve their KPI’s, whilst maintaining a strong presence leading by example on the shop floor, acting as an ambassador of the brand. You will conduct regular competitor analysis, forecast key market trends reporting to HQ to provide a transparent overview of the market conditions.
Our client is looking for a proactive leader with extensive knowledge of the luxury sector specifically watches or jewelry, who can think outside of the box and anticipate challenging trading periods, putting in place robust strategies to ensure objectives are achieved year round. In addition you will determine the layout of store merchandise so it is aesthetically pleasing and maintains a luxury environment.
Requirements
To be considered for this role you must be working at a Store Manager/boutique Manager level for an international luxury goods brand, with extensive experience within the UAE. Arabic speaking skills will be a plus.
