Job description / Role
- Support Boutique Assistant Manager in operations, staff planning, reports and handling customer complaints and requests
- Achievement of set targets and budgets for the store
- Handling ‘special requests’ and gift orders
- Training of junior sales staff on product knowledge and manage day-to-day staff issues
- Maintain merchandise and ensure proper display, adequate stocking, etc.
Requirements
- 40 years old and below
- Must have at least 1-year of indoor retail experience in the food sector in the same role
- Must have sales and customer handling skills
- Immediate joiners will be prioritize
