Branch Manager

Job description / Role

Quest Search and Selection is working with a leading salon business in the Middle East, looking for a Branch Manager to manage their team in Abu Dhabi. We are ideally looking for someone with a strong background in managing a large team and delivering operational efficiency at all times.

As a Branch Manager, you will:

- Lead and manage branch sales and daily operations
- Drive sales through excellent customer service and sales performance
- Manage branch budgets, define sales objectives, and forecast sales revenue
- Analyze monthly reports and monitor competitor activities
- Resolve high level client escalations in a timely manner
- Foster team culture and develop a customer centric behavior
- Recruit, manage, and develop branch teams (70-80 staff)

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree, with at least 5 years’ experience in similar capacity
- Experience as a Spa Manager in Hotels or Branch Manager in the Hospitality sector
- Strong people management and business development skills
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize, and work under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Open to working 6 days per week
- Female required (due to the nature of the role)
