Position Title: Branch Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 20K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A Dubai based renowned photography studio specializing in capturing the most precious moments of family.

Job Description:
- Support the General Manager with market insights, analyse KPIs, develop strategies for sales and product performance, and prepare detailed business reports, manage budgets, forecasts, and cost control measures.
- Oversee all studios operations, enforce policies, supervise cleanliness, stock supply & product availability, drive improvements in operational KPIs.
- Lead by example, support the team in challenging situations, coach for KPI achievement, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction through direct engagement and feedback analysis, resolve any issue on spot.
- Inspire and motivate the team to meet sales KPIs, balance targets across sessions, and develop strategies and plans to boost performance and drive revenue.
- Motivate and develop the team through coaching and training, manage performance, and ensure effective recruitment and succession planning in collaboration with HR.

Qualifications:
- Open to CIS, European & Arabic nationalities
- Female, 45 years old and below
- Must be a graduate of bachelor’s degree in business/hospitality, Tourism and other related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as Branch/Operations Manager Hospitality/Aesthetics clinics
- Must have experience handling more than 25 people
- With valid driving license and own car is an advantage
