Position Title: Branch Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 25K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus monthly bonus

About the Client:
A Dubai based, renowned photography company, offering a full range of family photography experience.

Job Description:
• Support the GM with market insights, analyze KPIs,develop strategies for sales and product performance
• Oversee all studios operations, enforce policies, supervise cleanliness, stock supply & product availability.
• Lead by example, support the team in challenging situations, coach for KPI achievement, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction through direct engagement and feedback analysis, resolve any issue on spot.
• Inspire and motivate the team to meet sales KPIs, balance targets across sessions, and develop strategies to drive revenue.

Qualifications:
• Open to Arabic, CIS and Western nationalities
• Female, 45 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Minimum 2 years as Operations Manager or Branch Manager
• Preferably with valid UAE driving license
