Branch Manager - AF Motors - HINO - Musaffah, UAE

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Branch Manager to work within the AF Motors - HINO Branch network. This role is based within Musaffah, Abu Dhabi and reports directly into the HINO Managing Director. The Branch Manager is primarily responsible for the ownership and control of the AFM - HINO Sales, Service and Parts Team within a given branch of the business, target delivery as well as overall site responsibility.

The Branch Manager will manage Sales Consultants, Parts Sales Executives and Service Manager to plan and implement objectives including the achievement of Branch Sales targets, personal development and maintaining a motivated healthy team environment . You will drive the achievement of the agreed sales and KPIs of the branch and brand which will include ongoing recruitment, performance management, training and development of the team. Customer satisfaction is a high priority for this position and so you will ensure this is maintained through managing customer complaints and implementing standards.

Requirements

You will have demonstrable experience within a managerial role within a Commercial Vehicle Automotive dealership and will have sound knowledge of the sales process, structure, systems and methodology.

You will have the ability to lead and motivate the team with a capability to influence and gain commitment at all organisation levels. You will have strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to develop and train staff for optimum performance. You will be fluent in the English language whilst being an Arabic speaker will be advantageous.
