Job description / Role
Better Homes is currently seeking a Residential Sales & Leasing Manager for one of our main offices in Dubai. You will be assigned a sales and leasing office consisting of 20-30 Property Consultants, and will oversee the day-to-day functions, ensuring the smooth and effective running of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guiding the consultants in improving their sales skills and techniques.
- Establishing, implementing and monitoring the target of each consultant in your team, in conjunction with the Head of Sales & Leasing.
- Conduct weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reviews of each consultant in your team, reporting back to the Head of Sales & Leasing.
- Supervising the work of administrators to ensure the correct delivery of the function.
- Meeting, negotiating and finalising agreements with new clients directly or guide the respective agents accordingly.
- Ensuring, as far as possible, that client and landlord complaints and concerns are attended to speedily and satisfactorily.
- Liaising with Marketing division on marketing issues and arranging for advertisements and other marketing materials as required.
- Liaising with the Human Resources division while recruiting new staff, training and supervising new and existing staff, counselling & resolving problems and issues within the division, recommending salary/commission reviews, overseeing leave schedules, etc.
- Liaising with the Finance division and ensuring that commission claims are completed on time and processed through. Have a through understanding of finance procedures related to money transfers, banking issues, repayment of funds to the clients etc.
Requirements
- Extensive Real Estate experience, specifically in Dubai and the United Arab Emirates, as a manager or senior consultant.
- Able to motivate and lead a large multicultural team, driving consistent results and performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Charismatic, inspiring personality.
- Experience in training colleagues and employees.
