Job description / Role
Better Homes is currently seeking a Branch Manager for our office in Sharjah. The incumbent will be responsible to maintain the highest quality of customer and client satisfaction while actively seeking out and developing new business. The incumbent is responsible to increase revenue through increased property sales & leasing, monitor and minimize cost, creating and monitoring the budget, thereby increasing the profit for the Company.
Advising, directing and authorizing the team to proactively generate revenue, develop and grow the business, exceed client expectations, and manage the market. Providing positive and aggressive leadership to ensure maximum revenue potential.
Define and implement the standard operating procedures for the department in line with the Company’s mission, vision and values.
Ensure all policies and procedures are followed by the Residential team including:
- Attending to all leads and enquiries
- Client follow-ups
- Updating Masterkey database
- Documentation and reports as required
- Appropriate RERA training and registration
Pro-actively strive to have an in-depth understanding of the local market, including the company’s market share and that of competitors. Undertake prompt business development projects and promote other Better Homes services where possible
Requirements
- Extensive Real Estate experience, specifically in the northern Emirates, in a management position.
- Must be an Arabic speaker
- Able to motivate and lead a large multicultural team, driving consistent results and performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Charismatic, inspiring personality.
- Experience in training colleagues and employees.
