Job description / Role
Our client a leading security provider requires a Branch Manager to Manage their Dubai Office. The successful individual should have experience in the security industry both in Dubai and the wider UAE
Key responsibilities will include;
• Day to day management of the office
• Full P & L responsibilities for the office
• Developing and winning new business
• Recruitment & retention of staff
• Successfully managing existing contracts
• Dealing with and resolving customer complaints
Requirements
To apply for the role you should meet most of the following criteria;
• Hold an educational qualification in a relevant discipline
• Have substantial experience in the security industry
• Be a proven Branch/ Operations Manager
• Have substantial experience in both the Dubai and wider UAE market
• Be comfortable with Business Development
