Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time
Job Duration: Permanent Employment

Preferred experience
- 5+ years’ experience of Brand experience marketing & event activation

Planning ability Most important
- Planning experiential marketing campaign and activation
- Must be able to provide a proposal and operation plan with a strategic mind
- Strategic and know-how of brand experiential road maps
- Produce concepts/plans with tight deadlines and able to suggest a quick turnaround.
- Collaborate with other teams to conceptualize creative communications fulfilling events and activation themes/objectives
- Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for event management

Project management & execution
- Lead client communication (proposal, costing and report) and project timeline
- Project budget planning and monitoring
- Manage the on-ground work, vendors, and partners and event execution
- Must be able to thrive in a unique, high-pressure environment, and juggle many jobs and responsibilities at one time

Work Environment
- Must be willing to work during evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlines
- Work with Multinational teams and various cultures


Required attitude/skills
- Happy, positive, cheerful, fun to work with a team
- Must be motivated with an “Everything is possible” attitude
- Must be an active problem solver, instilled with a sense of urgency for projects
- Mind-blowing presentation and idea sales skills
- Tech Savvy
- Arabic speaking is a plus (not mandatory)
