Brand and Retail Manager

Job description / Role

- Translate corporate strategy into sales strategies, tasks, and processes easily understood
- Monitor daily, weekly, monthly sales and service results
- Analyse figures and forecast future performance
- Establish monthly reports by Country and by store
- Provide strong leadership and direction to the ambassadors
- Develop customer centric behavior through role modelling and coaching culture
- Establish weekly meeting with ambassadors and monthly conference call to review performance and upcoming animation
- Be responsible along with training team of all training calendar and create key moments to animate, reward and engage the team
- Ensure the ambassadors are allocating enough time to animate weekly during briefing and that they are fully aware of all social media and recruitment plan
- Establish monthly report on performance and provide regular feedback to ensure high performance level, define personal target on regular basis and based on business priority
- Own all cast management related topics (e.g. recruitment, implementation of HR policies, performance reviews, team development, grooming policy etc.) in alignment with Brand Director and HR SME.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail (training/operational marketing/Product marketing)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related
- Excellent leadership skills and strong interpersonal and communication skills to create a motivated community, striving for excellence
- Experienced in number analytics and with strong commercial flair
- Experienced in managing big teams (+30 people in different locations)
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, strong emotional intelligence required
- Flexible and able to multitask; can work within an ambiguous, fast-moving environment, while also driving toward clarity and solutions; demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities and guiding people to achieve given targets
- Fully understand the business needs and adapt to the requirements
- Responsiveness and ability to manage multiple actions at once
- High level of energy, enthusiasm and motivation
- Proficiency in English imperative (daily communication and presentations),
- Arabic a plus
- Available to travel in OGCC and Europe
- Driving License
