Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a known hospitality group in Dubai who is looking to hire a Brand Chef to oversee their established contemporary international casual dining brand across a few locations in the region and reporting directly to the Group Director of Operations.
You will be involved in the full culinary side of the restaurant operations, overseeing the outlets on a daily basis. You will assist the Outlet Chef in menu design, inventory control, and all day-to-day tasks. The successful candidate should be an excellent communicator, with an upbeat attitude. You will assist in formulating and delivering the strategic direction of the restaurants. You will be responsible for leading the teams and making sure the outlets continue to grow and develop. You will also maintain regular communication with the operations team and make sure all regulations and standards are met at all the restaurants.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have at least 3 years’ experience as a Head Chef or Brand Chef, ideally having managed multiple locations, preferably within the UAE or GCC. You should have an experience in international casual dining. Due to the diversity of the team the successful candidate will need to have excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
