Brand Designer

Job description / Role

We are looking for a creative and dynamic Brand Designer to join our remote team to bring the brand to life visually across all customer touchpoints.

- Product Packaging Design: Create stunning, shelf-ready packaging for new products aligns with brand identity while meeting printing and production specifications.
- Website Visual Assets: Design high-converting banners, hero images, and promotional graphics for the website.
- Social Media Content: Produce engaging posts, and stories that stop the scroll, communicate promotions clearly, maintain brand consistency.
- Marketing & Broadcast Messages: Design visually appealing WhatsApp broadcasts, email campaigns, and promotional materials that capture attention.

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Brand Designer or similar role, preferably within the FMCG sector.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative branding projects and visual storytelling skills.
- Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant tools.
- Excellent understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing concepts.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with attention to detail.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.

Salary:
USD 300 to 400 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
