Brand Development Manager

Job description / Role

• Position Title: Brand Development Manager
• Employment Type: Full time
• Salary: up to 20K all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
• Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
• The hiring company is a well-known Dubai based distributor of premium consumer brands in the UAE.

Job Role:
• Maintain and build new external relationships to identify growth opportunities
• Formulate and execute the annual plan & sales forecast for the brand/s to ensure operations/ sales are conducted within the agreed financial parameters
• Communicate sales plan and targets to the sales team and provide them sufficient brand training, guidance and motivation to achieve targets successfully
• Conduct regular market visit to gather and analyze market intelligence, consumer trends and information to prepare business plans for the brand
• Identify and propose suitable promotions and media campaigns to gain maximum publicity and visibility for the products in coordination with promotion department
• Monitor all BTL operations with the material related to it (POS, gifts, bonuses, sampling campaigns etc..)
• Establish and maintain strong working relationship with senior personnel in key Accounts to introduce new range/s, and promote existing products

Requirements

Requirements:
• Open to Indian and Lebanese nationals
• Male/Female, 45 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
• Minimum 5 years of experience on the role in FMCG handling marketing role
• Proven sales-track record
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
