Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Brand Executive will be work closely with Brand Manager. Principal Representatives from Daimler & Mercedes Benz Cars.

Job Purpose:

• Develop, communicate and deploy the brand strategy along with Brand Manager for the Mercedes Benz Cars & Daimler Commercial Vehicles in line with Principal’s and Group marketing strategy.
• Track and review the company’s marketing resources and activities to ensure effective brand management. Continuously enhance brand image in the market place which will lead to profitability maximization.

Key Accountabilities:

Strategy & Planning:
• Assist in developing and implementing Marketing calendar in line with Principals guidelines an annual integrated marketing plan with the respective business unit and ensure budgets are accurately allocated and efficiently used to deliver the commercial and brands’ objectives.

Implementation:
• Set action plans, coordinate with vendors and agencies to successfully plan and implement digital, retail Marketing, social Media activities/campaigns as well as events including activations, launch events, product placement for the respective business unit.

Budget & Compliance:
• Manage the marketing budget of each business unit and ensure it is spent in the most effective way in order to generate the highest Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI). Ensure all communication, point of sale and customer facing literature are compliant to corporate identity guidelines of Principal and proof read all promotion material prior to submission to release for printing.

Relationship Management:
• Establish close relationship with the Principal’s, business units and top management to deeply understand their business requirements and objectives in order to propose solutions, ideas, plans to help them improve their business performance. Build relationships with key external stakeholders like media and communication channels.

Requirements

• University Qualifications: Marketing/Advertising/Media & Communications
• Nature and length of previous experience: At least 5-8 years experience (with 3 years agency experience)
• Specialist knowledge: Automotive Background & IMC “Integrated Marketing Communication” experienced – Multinational Brands
• Age Range: Not essential
• Gender Preference: Not essential
• Language Fluency: Bilingual - Proficiency in Arabic is a must
• Current Location: UAE
